Weather and Play

I love wathing my children play outside. They are so creative with the things they find in the garage to occupy their time. The weather is so perfect right now. As they are playing, the zeal of parenthood overwhelms me. They are so precious and bring so much life to my world. I love that their motives for fun and life are so opaque, unlike the adults I often come in contact with. Beyond the arguing and the whining, my children embrace any instance of anomaly. Their deviation from the conventional objects of playtime shows that their lucid understanding is phenomenal.

Feeling like urgh!!!

Since my car hasn't been working, we are using only one vehicle. So, I
haven't had a chance to go to the gym for an entire week. With so much
going on, I haven't noticed that I have not been to the gym until this
morning. We celebrated Jacob's second birthday at CiCi's pizza.
Buffets are so sinful. Even though I did not overeat this time, I woke
up with awful cramping. I cannot wait for my car to get fixed so that
I can burn all the calories and fat I had this entire week. Perhaps,
it is really a good thing that my body now recognizes when I haven't
eaten right.
