A Special Child

I was sitting at my computer working. My little princess grabbed my hand. She put her head on my hand. I asked her what she was doing. She said she was praying for me. When she finished with my hand, she placed her hand on my head. She said another prayer. I'm such a blessed mother. God makes no mistakes.

Peace

Finding peace is often hard to do. I do realize when I am at my parents' house, Peace finds me.  Right now, I am craving peace.  Nature encourages peace.  This picture represents the chaotic nature of peace and how it makes me feel.

After visiting my parents for the 4th, I came back home today. We were loaded down with new plants for our garden. Some of the plants include thyme, oregano, strawberries, chives, sweet basil, lemon balm, peppermint, lemon balm, and bell peppers.

Our garden was flooding with water. I called my mom to see what could be done. She explained how I could make irrigation trenches. As soon as I used the hoe to dig the trenches, it worked immediately. I am excited about growing a garden now. This weekend the children and I are going to raid my parents garden to bring back plants for our garden.
